The difference would be, tour code 16-381 is an English only tour that offers pick up at hotels on the Las Vegas strip and offers Breakfast snack and FREE Buffet Lunch - all you can eat or drink.
Tour code 6-106908 is a bilingual English and Chinese tour with one assigned meeting locations and no meals are included. However the tour guide will make a meal stop.

Hello,
We are planning to join this tour in October. I saw one of the note is that room for 3 persons may not be guarantee and that we may need to speak to the hotel. Does it mean we may only be given a room with only one bed and we will need to talk to the hotel to get a room two beds? If that is the case how come the tour company doesn't ensure proper number of bed arrangement to avoid disappointment and issue during travel time. Please kindly confirm.

Three people can stay in one room. But we will only offer you a standard non-smoking room with two full size beds.

Three of us want to take a bus both on the way and on the way back, but one of us want to just participate from Las Vegas on day1 and take a flight back on day4. Is it possible?

Currently, this tour is still available for October 7th. However, all tours are still subject for confirmation upon booking process.
The tour will usually end around 6pm-7pm depending on you tour guide, weather conditions and the traffic jam.
